This time i've been absent was for a good reason that... I can't tell anyone cuz it's not on your business, but anyways, I couldn't use my computer the time I needed to post something here, so I didn't do it. Obvious. And don't care about the way I'm writing here, these keyboards don't help.
Well, these days some men working at Jirau, where they're building an hydroeletric plant, I think 100km outside the city, got mad and burned all the houses they made for the people who work there, not for them to have to come to town to live and work there the whole day. I sound repetitious, anyways... And they burned everything and destroyed that village ver there, and not satisfied with that, they came to Porto velho and now they're walking around the town in groups. It is so serious and not funny for me to talk about that it was showed in all news on TV, websites and everything. The president sent the national police to round us and everytime I look outside the windows, there are helicopters and army Buffals, those fucking big airplanes. I AM SO DAMN SCARED TO LEAVE HOME, to go to school and everything.
I hope nothing happens, but that's nothing something I can do. I'm too scared for that.
To make your visa you have to have TOO MUCH PATIENCE. They write a book explaining how to take your picture: 5cm x 5cm, the camera has to be 120cm from the person, white background, no shadows, correct contrast, you can't be ugly, you can't take off your glasses, you can't smile, you can't look like a drug user. Then you have to answer everything according to the options they give you to fill the blanks in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES, if not the page expires and you have to start it all over again. Then you find out that, having a password they give you and a key question, you can save the level you're doing it on and take it from there on, without starting from zero. After everything, they have to accept your picture. If not, you'll have to take another. that's the face expression some people have when it happens:
